If I can give it a zero star I would . I took my small cava poo dog there today . She wasn’t matted and they completely shaved her off !!! Did a terrible job at the hair cut uneven around her face ! She looks so bad !!!! I’m so annoyed now who knows how long it’s gunna take for her hair to grow back !! They need to hire professionals that know what they’re doing ! So annoyed. They definitely just lost a customer. Never taking her there again .

Dog has been coming here for months. They made up a new policy that they needed a letter from the Vet to groom her even though she is NOT on any medication lmao. Karen the manager was very rude and they couldn’t provide any explanation as to why this is just not in effect even though she’s not a new client. Just insane and a huge waste of time. This location has a low rating for a reason. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them I’ve something silly.

Absolutely horrible! Whoever is working in that fish department is terrible. When I went it was a woman with glasses and black hair in a ponytail. Disgusting customer service. No one offers help when they see you, then when you ask for fish they quiz you and proceed to tell you they aren’t selling fish because they are treating the water. This is absolute laziness. So then why question me and proceed to listen to you AirPods that are in your ear while you are working? If you allow rude people to run your store it says a lot about the kind of business you are. If your employees don’t value the customer then why would people buy your products? I will never ever step foot in this petsmart again and I would advise any first timers to go to petco where at least the staff are more friendly and willing to help you.
