PetSmart Dog Training

I went today for a nail trim for my terrier. Normally they are able to get me in I have even seen groomer with short dark hair put away the dog she was working on and get me in for a quick nail trim while by themselves. Today there was a blonde gentleman and a girl working on one dog, they would not make eye contact and said unfortunately they are so busy they cannot do my nail trim. Why the inconsistency in service? Why can one groomer manage to get me In when they are by themselves but two cannot manage? I think the other groomer must be highly under paid and cares about the services they provide!! The other two today (07/19/26 around 3:00pm) are not representing your brand in such a manner. I have gotten in every other time as a walk in, this is the first time I was declined and not even given a wait time. I’m very disappointed, I would have had more respect for these two if they just said they didn’t feel like doing it.
