I took my adult dog to PetSmart yesterday to get groomed. She has been groomed there many times. When I picked her up she looked terrible. Her haircut was uneven, it was nearly shaved and I could see her skin under her shaved hair. I told them that I wanted to keep her with longer hair for the cold months. I called the grooming dept. today and the first time I called they hung up the phone. The second time I called they picked up the phone then went to music playing on the phone for at least 15 minutes. So, I will be looking for a different groomer.
