Working with Jeremy has been great! My dog just completed the adult training package (Adult 1, Adult 2, the CGC prep class, and a private session). She went in high energy, destructive, disorganized and had some leash reactivity. However, she came OUT of this program having passed her CGC test and a much more engaged learner. All thanks to the work we did with trainer Jeremy! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all of the dogs in class (even when my dog was a bit too wild). He’s quick to react to and address any issues he sees, and my girl adores him. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I just went there to buy a bag of dog food. I was charged $7 more for the bag of dog food. I also had a15% off coupon. My husband and I just went there to buy a bag of dog food. I was charged $7 more for the bag of dog food. I also had a15% off coupon. After everything was said & done, something happened & they told me that I owed an additional $10 & some change. I was going to run my card again but then it dawned on me that I would be charged the full amount. When the gentleman that I was originally dealing with couldn’t figure out what the problem was, he had Dwayne help us. Without really listening to try to figure the issue out, he instantly said that we owed the additional $10 & change. I asked him why & he instantly said that we probably didn’t have enough money on our card to pay for it all. How is that for customer service? I think it was quite rude because it was us that we didn’t have enough money. After explaining to him that I shouldn’t have to pay that amount & he wasn’t listening when I was explaining to him there whole issue. He pretty much told me that I was wrong & he was right. He fixed it & then just said it’s been fixed & then just handed me the receipt. He didn’t go over the receipt at all & was just really rude with us. Because of that, I will not be going into Petco ever again. You can take me off your mailing list & email list.
