Made an appointment online weeks ago to have my dog neutered. Even got a confirmation yesterday saying we are excited to see you and your pet for your appointment. As I walk into drop him off they tell me they do not do any neutering on Wednesdays. Then why do you allow it to be scheduled for that day online? Thought I would give Petco the benefit of the doubt with all of the horror stories I've heard in the past. Complete trash. Stay away from here.
