FirstBarkI love shopping here for my pets. I will admit at times it’s hard to find someone for help. They started hiring employees that clearly want to learn about what they are selling. They seem more knowledgeable now. Their pals rewards is awesome. Fish selection has improved but they still have a lot of sick tanks most the time. Dog food is but pricey but worth it so far with rewards. Kudos guys.

You would think Petco would take more pride in their service. I was so excited to sign up for Puppy 1 training. At the get-to we were given the trainer’s number, we were told to reach out to Chris with any questions. This guy never responds and when you call the store for assistance, they give you attitude (Leeroy) and are really quick to canceling our training. Great job petco 👍
