The service is terrible. We took two Chihuahua puppies in to get a bath, have their nails trimmed and filed, have their teeth brushed, and get flea treatment. The bath was fine, but everything else was awful. Their nails were a bit long and unfiled, they couldn't brush their teeth because the puppies didn't want it, and they seemed to have forgotten about the fleas, yet they still charged me the same price. The staff was very friendly, but what good is that if they don't do their jobs properly? I'll never go back to that store.
Brought my 2 dogs in, got a quote of $27 for 1 and $35 for the other for a wash and nail trim and grind. Made an appointment for next day. Brought them back for the appointment, same lady named KARI B. said, I didn't realize that 1 of your dogs were long-haired and that she'd need to charge me more. No problem but I wish she would've payed more attention when she was quoting me. Then when I went to pick them up after they were done, the dog that KARI B did, didn't even touch the dew claws but told me she did. I don't appreciate being lied to. BRIDGET did my other dog and did a great job. I am leaving this review because of KARI B's laziness. If you want a job half done then let KARI B do it. If you want a job well done then let Bridget do it. I WILL NOT ever go back to any Petco ever again. I don't appreciate being lied to, or paying good money for a half a job with excuses for why they can't perform they're job duties. Now my wife on mother's day today had to finish the job that KARI B couldn't do. PEOPLE BRING THEY'RE DOGS TO GROOMERS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T DO IT THEMSELVES. NO MORE EXCUSES KARI B. JUST DO YOUR JOB, IT'S WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR.
