I took my dog to training class. We walked in at 3:05, and we're asked to leave because my dog was overexcited by the other dog. The other dog wasn't bothered, it's owner wasn't, she was on her cell phone, just sitting there. We were out of the store and back in the car at 3:08. I called several times for my money back, and only received $39 of the $149 I paid. I will never shop there again.
Was late to the first training Does not honor medical exemptions for masks. Offered to wear a shield and that was not good enough. Left and got my money back. Won’t be purchasing anything from them again.
Wonderful store! Great selection and helpful courteous employees. I recommend it highly.
