They ended up giving me a 50% discount on the haircut. I am changing my 2 star to a 4 star. Thank you Logan. Here is the original story: This is tough. Good dog grooming but my appointment was canceled due to the person being sick. I understand that but they should reschedule me with a couple of other dates. I tried calling and the phone just rings. Now I'm 3 weeks till a new date. Did it online. This should be their responsibility to try and fit me in. Like other appointment places.

Teddy in grooming at bothell petco on bothell evertt hwy location is terrible the worst exoeriebce we have had. He did a bad job, which im ok with, but . , he choked my golden in front of me, thats unacceptable. , I can only imagine how badly he treats pets when owners leave them there under his care fir grooming. He must be fired. I've not had issues with others at the same location
