I bought 10 fish from the store, 9 days later, one died. No problem, 30 day guarantee on all fish right? Turns out not exactly…
I brought the dead fish and receipt and asked for a new fish. I proceeded to be interrogated by the store employee:
-When’s the last time you had the water tested?
-How often do you do water changes?
-What other kinds of fish have you had?
-How long have you had those fish?
I’ve had the tank for years, had fish for years, bought these 10 new fish and they all did well, except this one. The employee continued to ask questions and insisted that I wait to let the tank “settle out” and that I shouldn’t have put the new fish in all at once (the fish that i bought from her store 9 days ago).
Finally I got to the point where I asked “You’re not going to give me the fish are you?” She said she wouldn’t without me bringing in a water sample for testing.
I turned around, went to the register, got a refund and walked out. I won’t go back to this store and will drive a little further to give my money to PetsMart!

All of the workers there are fonominal people. They are great at their job and are super nice. They are all helpful but the one who stands out the most is Jeff! He is a great worker and helps us every time!
