FirstBarkAnn was so helpful in training my shelter dog Luna! Luna is 2 years old and spent her entire life in the SPCA. Ann was able to teach her basic commands and was very patient. Luna learned commands easily, but has behavioral issues. Ann had the best suggestions for helping Luna's anxiety and licking. We have had Luna for three months now, and she has begun to calm down. Would not allow because I couldn't find my reciept. It's a $20 dog collar. Didn't ask for anything back . Would rather lose the $$ I would spend than do an even exchange. Never been treated this way any place I have been. Will never shop at a Petco again. MAKES NO SENSE TO TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. Hopefully, Candice and her staff feel good about themselves. Because you sure didn't make me feel welcome or appreciated.
They have good pets but can be pricey sometimes depending on what you get
