Our experience so far has been great with Anthony who is our dogs trainer. What my husband and I are concerned about, not only for our dog being trained but also for Anthony, is the amount of distraction based on where it is located within the store. The most important one being the open windows where my dog can see other animals and small children outside looking in, which is a complete and total distraction for my puppy who is there for training. There are also customers who approach Anthony in the middle of our session asking about products etc., which again distracts my dog. If you are serious about this part of your business doing well, I would highly recommend putting up posters in the windows to provide more privacy for the service we are there for. Also, putting up a sign at the entrance of the training area stating "Training in Progress / Please do not Disturb" or something to that effect can only help in my opinion and personal experience. This review is in no way a negative on Anthony and his training abilities, he is very conscientious and understanding and with the right environment, he, our dog and many others are sure to be very successful! I hope this review helps!
