This is a seriously lacking store. I've been to other Petco's with quite an exceptional experience with the customer service and product selection however this store has disappointed me on two occasions.
The first time I couldn't find an employee and when I found my products and brought them up to the counter but when I got up to the counter the price I was rang up was entirely different than what I had itemized and adjusted for tax resulting in a less than happy checking out experience. The second time I couldn't find an employee and the product I needed was out, no employee to ask for help. Not coming back for more dissapointment

I love their food my animals. It was a good "affordable " food. But now just like everything prices go up and service gets worse.
