FirstBarkI was just denied service for wearing a mask that wasn't to their standard. There are currently no standards or regulations as regards to masks. I was clearly wearing a mask but they did not feel that it was what they wanted. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They did offer another masks however I denied as I were currently wearing one.

The Larissa girl was rude, I don't see myself coming back. Other than that the vet and handler was extremely sweet and did a great job explaining any concerns I had.
Nice place to let my dog go and walk around live the atmosphere
All of the ladies were very patient and compassionate. I have a very skittish dog that has a really bad case of anxiety, but the ladies there handle him very professionally. A great big thank you to all of you Ruger will see you all next year.
