Found my dog's doing food.
Didn't have the dog food I needed but the associate was nice.
Went to the store to pickup an order for a family member today and it was not very pleasant. The customer service wasn’t at its best today. Went to the store to pickup an order for a family member today and it was not very pleasant. The customer service wasn’t at its best today. The order was more then a basket can handle so I asked if I could use the flatbed dolly. The employee I was dealing with couldn’t find it so another employee was asked for its location. This employee couldn’t understand why it was needed so all of the items were sort of placed on top of the basket. It would’ve been easier and safer for the products to use the flatbed. Then didn’t want to help place the things in the car. Of course this isn’t the case for all the employees here because I have had some great experiences here before. Just kind of sucked today.
The associate was very helpful & nice 👍👌🙂🙂 Petco had 1bottle left of the product I needed & their prices are great too.
