Setup an appointment for 10am and she didn't even know that she had the appointment at 10am. Unpunctual, disrespectful and big mouth. I ask someone on front desk how long longer it was going to take. ( Now is 2pm already) and I could hear her said I don't care if he's here tell him I call when I'm done. I tried to talk to her about it and she snapped. Manager please do something with your employee. Bad for your business. You don't need a bad reputation because unprofessional and disrespectful people working for you.
