Cannot believe my roommate's experience at this Petco. She has a service dog. (NOT a pet or emotional support. SERVICE DOG.) She was carrying him on her shoulder, he was completely calm and respectful and acting as a service dog is properly trained to act. One associate and one manager stopped her and refused to let her in, gave her a horrible time about her service dog, and were completely unprofessional and rude. Ended up causing her an episode because of the extra stress. No explanation other than saying it's "Petco policy" that the dog has to be in a carrier or on a leash. Checked with a different location. That is NOT Petco policy. Could be that general manager's policy. If so, it's a violation of IDA. Never ever going to this location again!

Lizzy is an amazing trainer, whether it is one-on-one or group setting, all participants (both the 2-legged and 4-legged) get something out of it. I definitely recommend Lizzy to anyone looking for some training.
