FirstBarkI really enjoyed participating in this training with Angel (Trainer). Our family dog has seen significant improvement since taking this course. Angel was very patient and loving with our family and dog. My step-sister is disabled and Angel was very inclusive and accommodating.

I had a grooming appointment with Syrsha and she was great! She recommended products and took extra great care of my doggo. If I only had to deal with her, I would definitely go back to this store since she deserves 5 stars. When I went to the front counter, I was met by Dakota who clearly did not want to be there. When I dropped my dog off, I went to look for a new collar. I went to the front to check out, she told me my total and added all of my reward points towards the purchase. I kindly told her I didn't want to use them for the collar. She rolled her eyes and sighed really loud. She never asked me if I wanted to use them, and then was upset when I requested not to use them. Sadly, I won't be visiting this location unless I have to because of this.
