FirstBarkHannah (the trainer) is amazing. My pup loves her so much. I ended up getting too busy to continue my second training session and she has gone above and beyond finding a time to make it work for me. It is really human training, she passed along so many great tips for training my high energy pup. Highly recommend!

90% of their bug feeders are MONTHS old, assuming they even have them. THEY'RE ALL DEAD, GET NEW FEEDERS AND KEEP UP CHANGING THEM OUT WHEN THEYRE GROSS AND DEAD, makes yall look bad
The store itself is fine. The trainer, however, is terrible. We have taken our puppy in for “puppy playtime” a few times now which are supposed to run every Sunday from 1-130 p.m. Unfortunately, the trainer continuously ends the sessions 10 minutes early. The store itself is fine. The trainer, however, is terrible. We have taken our puppy in for “puppy playtime” a few times now which are supposed to run every Sunday from 1-130 p.m. Unfortunately, the trainer continuously ends the sessions 10 minutes early. Additionally, your puppy will only get to play with one other puppy at a time. Our Great Dane got removed from the playpen for “humping” the other dog, when In fact they were just playing. Our Dane was taller than the one puppy he was playing with so when they played, the other dog was underneath our dog. So for that reason, he was accused on being “sexually aggressive” and removed from the pen. This ruined our experience at this petco. The playtime for puppies in Bloomingdale on Saturdays at 1p.m. is much, MUCH BETTER!
