Petco Dog Training

I so dislike this place. They cut my dog with the clippers and he had to get staples. They didn't even tell me i noticed he was bleeding once we got home. His skin was all gathered up like they didnt have a guard on the clippers when they did it. They claimed he never made a noise indicating he was cut which I do not believe. They wouldn't let me look at the camera. Then on the same visit the lady cut his hair on his back without a guard and went down to his undercoat so now my pom has a reverse Mohawk and his hair won't grow down his back. They acted like they didn't care. The district manager never followed up with me and the store manager was almost dismissive when I spoke to her. I immediately canceled his health coverage and I tell everyone who will listen about the service that Petco gave or the lack of. They ruined my dogs coat and he had to wear a cone for almost a month because of the staples he had. The Petco off George Bush is the one that did this. It was a tall Caucasian lady that was always short with me for some reason when I would come in even though I would tip her every time. She is the one that did it. They never apologized. I dispise Petco on every level!
