I love many animals and things
Jocelyn at this location was such an amazing help! We were deciding on a new hamster and temperament was important for us. She was patient with us and helped by using her hand to check which hamster was more friendly. We took home our little guy and hes been so great with us! Thank you so much!

Went to this Petco last week to get some fish tank supplies. It was my first time and I was really impressed with their inventory. It was really well stocked. Just do your research ahead of time and be careful about asking the staff for information. E.g., I pick up some live aquarium plants and one of them was unlabeled. I wanted to purchase it but wasn't comfortable placing some unknown plant in my tank (e.g., unknown lighting, water parameter needs, some can actually out-compete/choke out your other live plants). When I asked for help identifying the plant they sent over this really impatient boy who tried guessing, then said he would "go to the back" to find out and then finally returned saying he wasn't sure and tossing out some more guesses. He then looked me dead in the face and said "Does it really even matter?" These are their representatives folks. I was understanding of him not knowing the plant but that last comment demonstrated a level of blatant cluelessness that every customer should be careful about. So I'd give the store supplies a 4 but the service a solid 2.
