Poor customer service. We live on the other side of town. We went in to buy something we can't buy on line from your company. The gal that that came to help me could not. She said the manager was gone with the key she needed. I asked when he'd be back, no response. She said he was at lunch. I asked when he would be back so we'd know how long of a wait. She replied she didn't know. I asked if he had a phone so we could call and find out. I asked her to pull up some good customer service. Another employee passed as she gave me a huge annoyed look and sigh and she asked if he had keys to the cabinet. He produced the key needed.
With now a huge attitude she gave me what I needed. Why was it such a big deal for her to ask someone else if they had a key. This is the third poor customer experience my husband and I have had at this store. This has prompted me to search for another product so we won't need to go to this store again.
