Hands down the worst dog training we ever went to. This was our first dog and he was a rescue who obviously had some trauma and needed specialized training. We wish our trainer Lacy would have encouraged us to go to a behavioral before continuing training because we trusted her opinion as a professional. After completing fundamentals we asked her point blank if we should take our dog to a behavioral before taking the next level. Up until this point our dog was having panic attacks every class and couldn't stop barking. Lacy flat out said "I think he NEEDS to take the next level". So we paid for the next level and by class two Lacy told us with a straight face that "Sam was a genetic dumpster fire" and he wasn't allowed back in class until he saw a behavioralist - which is what we originally asked from the beginning. She then gave us a behavioralist for a bird??? So she took our money and made us feel bad and we never got our money back.

Prices are way too much In my opinion and the bathroom has a sign saying if it's not clean notify the lead this is just neglect all around for multiple occasions not just 1 bad day apologies for the disgusting photo but if you need to utilize the facilities I recommend bringing your own supplies.
