I walked in looking for an affordable bed for my dog. I saw on the Petco app it was a affordable price but into store it was a bit too much. I asked one of the employees there,a his name waw AJ,and he helped me out a lot. The bed on the app was $23.99 but in store was $59.99 so I told him about it and said he'll match the price of the bed to the one on the app. The cashier was helpful as well, her name was Karine I believe, she recommended me to sign up for palsrewards and I did. Best experience ever!
Customer service was extraordinary. At the aquatic department. The gentleman who helped me was right there when I needed someone. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. And at the checkout the same thing. Another gentleman, which I had have dealt with before, is always very kind, friendly, and professional. a perfect visit. Thank you.
