I told the attendant that I had 2 orders to pick up. They tried to only give me one. The cashier held onto my license entirely too long, which made me uncomfortable. Misplacing a license during a pandemic is NOT good. Furthermore, I have NEVER had a cashier hold onto my license for that long anywhere else that does order online pickups. However, I did forget my phone in the car, so maybe that is why he needed it for such a long time?

The price of the item I purchased was extremely competitive (better than costco by about 20%). Also I ordered it at about 8am, and received an email stating that it was ready to be picked up shortly after the store opened - super quick!! When I went to pick it up in the afternoon, I followed the directions in the email and called the store. I was able to speak to someone almost immediately, and he brought the item to my car just as fast. Couldn't be happier and will definitely purchase this way again!
