Wish i could rate it zero stars. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. Took my 8 lb shih tzu in for their grooming. 2 and 1/2 hours later I got may scared, CRYING, trembling dog back. They mentioned that she didn't like her feet messed with. I'm thinking they smacked on her, I honestly don't know. The Petco groomers did something really terrible to her. I have been told this by other groomers, but it's always followed up by "but we were patient and everything worked out" and I get back my happy, confident dog. I've been wrapping her in her sweaters hoping for a "thunder coat" effect, and it seems to help a little. THIS IS NOT OK. If anyone from management wants to reach out I would greatly appreciate it. ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT.
