Alina is super sweet and did a great job with my girl even after we missed our appointment. They have a very kind staff and make you feel like more than a customer. All staff I have encountered are also very friendly and hard working as well.
The girl working at the register was very helpful. We just rescued our first dog as a couple and she walked us through the training programs, supplies, and answered all of our questions. She even gave us a packet of coupons for new dog owners. Bonus: the rewards program is free!

That team always cuts her fur right and are friendly. Prices can be high but ALWAYS compare prices to their Petco website. They will price match and we find 8 out 10 items cheaper their online verses in-store.

Not happy with this store. This is the only place to get Whole Hearted Grain Free Dog Food. The shelves were empty on Sunday. The female employee we talked to , told us the next shipment of Whole Hearted dog food would be unloaded and stocked Sunday night/Monday morning. She stated it was a full load of Whole Hearted dog food. She outright lied to us. She wasn’t even aware that Whole Hearted is a Petco Product. Fortunately we keep an adequate supply of Whole Hearted on hand and purchase more when we have one bag left. We did order online and discovered the dog food will be delivered by Door Dash. Petco is strongly urging that we tip the driver, even wanting to add a tip into the initial purchase. We declined to tip, because we feel that it is Petco’s choice to use this service. After declining a tip, Petco informed us they will notify the driver we refused to tip. Now we have to worry in what condition the dog food will be delivered. Petco really needs to rethink their employee training, rethink their shipping/delivery practices and decide to put pets first not cash. It’s going to be tough, but after 10 years of supporting this establishment, we will have to locate an alternative healthy dog food. Petco you just lost this long time customer.
