Went to Petco today, was helped by Tori, terrible customer service. I rather go to the other one, where they care about their animals/fish.

Tori Was the person helping me, absolutely terrible customer service, she acted like it was a burden for me to even show up in the store, all me and my fiancé wanted to do was look at geckos. When asked to be shown the geckos she not only miss treated them but she also, was very rude, I don’t think I’ve been more disrespected by somebody and customer service in my entire life. Her whole demeanor was terrible. Her and her coworkers, did not want to help at all. My first time going in, I asked to look at the geckos, spent 10 minutes waiting for somebody, with all of the geckos being on sand and cohabbed, as adults. Whenever he picked up the third adult gecko, he was bit. Again, a very disrespectful employee. The store should be shut down.
