Jordan was excellent. She listened to our concerns and offered useful advice. She was very knowledgeable.
The training was nothing that I thought it would be. I went to training to get help walking my dog instead, I sat on a bench with my dog and she fed him treats. I cannot use this time to do this. I do not drive. I had to get a transportation there and back. I thought I was gonna get the help I needed to Train my dog to walk with me on a leash

Return policy is now 30 days or no money back no matter what purchased a $90 grooming set since I live very far away I do strategic visits to Port Charlotte I had to do a return to Kohl's and Petco so decided to do it today did not know there was a 30-day policy no matter how much you talk to them even though the clippers were never used they will not give you your money back very disappointed in the store and now I'll petco's I will not be shopping there any longer
