Don't waste your money. One our first class when my Lab jumped on me, and I corrected him by telling him no jumping, KC basically scolded me, saying you never correct a dog, you only praise good behavior! Then she even wrote it on the homework sheet for me to work on. Seriously this class and instructor is a joke.
I called the very next morning to cancel because as long as you cancel before second class you can get a full refund. Sadly I talked to the store manager on Wednesday morning and it took someone else on Friday to get me a refund.
