I like the convenient service to be able to wash my dog. The employees were friendly and helpful. I’ve used Lucy’s dog wash in the past (due to Covid they closed the dog wash area) which I think has a superior dog wash station (tubs raise and lower for ease of dog loading and ease of washing your dog at a comfortable height, dryer is at wash station so you don’t have to move your wet dog to a dry station, treats available to keep pup happy during wash). That said, I think the Petco set up was acceptable and the experience was pleasant as we were able to buy treats and toys after. As long as Lucy’s dog wash is closed, we will continue to return to Petco to utilize this service. I wish more of your locations had this so I wouldn’t have to drive across town.
