I made a purchase of dog health bar treats today and found Target is cheaper. At checkout asked manager if they had Wellness Soft Wellbites and was told in a certain section in red bags. These are never in red bags. She had no idea what I needed. No one took the time to help. Wish I never completed my purchase and wish I never stopped at Petco.
I’ve been taking both my dogs there for months and I’ve had no issues. Starting going there January of 2019. I have a 6 yr old and a 6 months old pup. The grooming department does a great job on both dogs. I also take the pup there for puppy playtime on Sunday and Jen the trainer is great with Patches my pup.
Worst experience I’ve had at a Petco, the manager Trish was extremely rude. Never going to that Petco again.

I went in to the Glen Burnie petco to find my fiance and other dogs. I train service dogs and had one with me. The store manager Trish followed me around continuously bothering and harrasing me. She then told me if I have a problem to call corporate. I annually spend between 3 to 4 thousand dollars at petco and now I will never shop there again. To be rude to two service members and their dogs is unacceptable. I will follow up with this. If there really is a regional manager named Adam, I sincerely hope he will be able to fix this situation.
