Booked an appointment online...was told they needed a 48 hour notice if I was gonna cancel...they called me in less than 24 and stated if I can't bring my pet in 2 hours before scheduled appointment I would have to reschedule ...when asked if I could get a small discount for the inconvenience...groomer tiara was very rude in saying no...just a reschedule...when I inquired about whether they routinely cancel set appointments she became very aggressive and hung up on me when I asked for a manager...I wouldn't trust this.location with my pet
