Heather is an amazing dog trainer! She is so positive and clearly loves dogs. I have a VERY energetic/crazy 3 month old puppy. We had a terrible experience at another trainer, so I was hesitant to try again. But as soon as I got to this class, my worries were put at ease. Heather is so helpful and non-judgmental. She never makes you feel embarrassed if your puppy is acting up, she just helps you fix it in a very positive way. My puppy has already made great improvements after one class, I’m so excited for the next 5!

The puppy training classes are a phenomenal way for new and advanced owners to effectively train their puppies through positive reinforcement. We are very impressed to see the techniques working at home. Heather the trainer, is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly recommend!

Made a grooming appointment for my dogs. Showed up, waited (with others who also had appointments) for 20 mins before being told the groomer left early for the day... without notifying ANY of her booked appointments.
The manager made up for it by giving us $5 off our next visit. We show up 2 weeks later and we’re told (by another manager) that the $5 off isn’t valid for grooming.
Another example of their lack of communication is... their ADJUSTED store hours (due to the current pandemic) states they’re open every day for curbside pickup until 6pm - it says this on their own answering service. I arrived at 4:30 to a sign ON THE DOOR that says “closing at 4”.
Terrible communication. Lazy staff.
