I have pet stop installed. When can I start using the collar with my new puppy? She is almost 3 months old. Also, does putting up the flags before she wears the collar help in any way for training. Of course I would have her on a leash in the yard.
Lenore, we just left a message in response to these questions The dog needs to be about 4 months and we do not recommend putting up the flags prior to starting training

The Pet Stop team were outstanding during the decision process, installation and training. It took no time at all for our dog to figure out the fence and honor the boundaries. When I have a question or need parts for the collar they get back to with 24 hours. I have several friends who have dogs, they bought collars so when they visit they can let their dogs run free without worry. Great product and great people.
Installer was very knowledgeable and helpful
I damaged the wire on my under ground fence, they came out within 24 hours and fixed it, no complaints great service great company
Overall the invisible fence they installed works, but they did lack communication skills. They stopped by to look at my property but then in the day of installment they did not have everything they needed, and needed to come back another day. I wish they would of told me that they would not bury the wire in the wooded area behind my house, because I had to go back and bury the wire myself.
