I can not recommend PupStart enough. Diana is so knowledgeable about puppy behavior and makes sure to cater her training and socialization to each dogs needs. Every day we were sent home with a detailed “report card” that updated us on our puppy’s progress, behavior, and skills to work on at home. Diana always took the time at pick-up to chat whenever I had any questions. Most importantly, Diana’s training style focused on reinforcing good behavior rather than learning tricks. Instead of sit and stay we were learning perch and mat training which helped so much more when it came to jumping or begging for food. PupStart really is the best resource I’ve found for puppy training in the greater Portland area!
