Hello, <br>We are sorry that you had an upleasant experience with someone in our facility but our call logs do not list any individuals with your name and our security footage both inside the lobby and outside of the building do not show our staff having any recent interactions with anyone other than with current clients. Would you be willing to call our office to speak with our owners so that we can further learn about the experience you had so that we may better our interactions with potential clients in the future? Thank you Lauren! We adore Charlie and Kaiya and have loved seeing Charlie open up more and more with our handlers. We know he isn't the biggest fan of change so it has been great getting to see him really show his loving side to our handlers. Kaiya is always excited to get pets and snacks but it has been very rewarding to watch her actually play with other dogs in the daycare even when her very loud bark (since she can't hear it herself) may startle a pup here and there.
