FirstBarkMelanie is the BEST! She has so much knowledge. She is kind and compassionate. We were brand new dog owners and she helped us understand and work with our pup. She continues to be a huge support whenever I have questions or concerns about our now 2 year old lab. Melanie also keeps our pup when we are out of town. Our 4.5 year old Golden/Cocker Mix recently was a student of Melanie for 3 weeks. I cannot say enough of how much our dog has transformed. Norman, used to bark at all things that passed by the house, would pull vigorously on the leash, would not play great with other dogs, jump up on people coming in to our home and many other issues and because if her training ability and her teaching us on how to continue his education, he no longer does these things. We have had Norm back in our home for 2 weeks now and we are ALL much happier. What is the best is Norman is now trained on the treadmill which helps his high energy self with getting the right amount of exercise a day. We now enjoy family walks together around the neighborhood. Thank you, Melanie. You have changed our lives. On our next out of town getaway, we will for sure be booking Norman a spot at her Bed and Breakfast, too. He will be happy to be back with his pals.

When they go to stay at āaunt Melanieāsā when we are on vacation it is as if THEY are on vacation too as they have the best time with her and her dogs. Sheās fairly priced, easy to get ahold of, and a downright GOOD person. If I could give her 6 stars, I would.
