Our journey with Melanie started over a year ago and is still ongoing to date. We have a mini labradoodle that has energy that would get you to the moon and back!! Melanie showed us the way by introducing us and our Cooper to the treadmill! She worked with Cooper at the board and train and upon his homecoming worked with us as well! We now enjoy Cooper and Cooper is enjoying life to the max thanks to Melanie's training! We have since bugged her with questions regarding Cooper and sometimes our behavior, lol, to which she addresses at her earliest available time!, boarded Cooper with Melanie and have been blessed to find a good friend in Melanie😍She is a super person, genuine and honest, knowledgable and patient. She is conscience and punctual. Melanie is a one of a kind person and puts her heart and soul in her work! Sorry folks for the length of this review, but we cannot more highly recommend Melanie for your furever friend and if you read this to the end, you do want only the best for them also!😍

We had our dog trained by Melanie and LOVED her so much that we used her boarding services and when we got our new puppy we also had her trained by Melanie. We are also leaving her with Melanie while we go on vacation. Could not have asked for a better trainer. The continued support after the dogs came home has also been amazing! We highly recommend Melanie to anyone seeking training for their dog. You won’t find anyone better! She takes the dogs into her home and makes them part of her family. I cannot thank her enough and am so grateful that we were fortunate enough to have found her!! I wanted to update my review: 3/3/20 Melanie works so hard and makes these animals a part of her pack. Even years after our pups were trained she is still available to answer questions and offer advice on new behaviors. Once you are a part of Best Friends Canine Services you are forever a part of it. She does not turn her back once her job is done. She takes her job very seriously and genuinely cares about the dogs and their humans. She is so amazing that my son and his wife are set to send their puppy to her in April. Would they have loved to have gotten the puppy in sooner? Absolutely! Are they understanding that she did not have an opening until April? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! She sent them information and brochures to help them along the way until the pup goes for training. I stand by the fact that Melanie is the ABSOLUTE BEST TRAINER AROUND. To anyone who feels the need to bash her - shame on you for bashing a place for services you didn't even use.
