Perfect Pet

We recently got a Great Pyrenees pup and he’s been scratching skin and making us bleed. I wanted to see if they sold some good clippers so I could do it myself. The lady at the desk went ahead and scheduled him for a trim. I was good with that and would see how his experience went. My three year old and I went outside. She wanted to show the lady the puppy so we went back in with him. She asked if she could show him to her groomers. I said sure. She came around the desk and took him from me then went into a back room for a few minutes with two other customers behind me. She came back out with him and said she was going to show her trainers. I followed her to another room with a door that said employees only. She shut the door and was in there for another few minute then came back out empty handed. She said her trainers were taking pictures with him. After another few minutes with dogs making noises and restless on the other side of the door with my 9 week old baby a girl came out with him. She handed him over and didn’t say a thing. I feel this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer and a new one at that. I cancelled my appointment and won’t be back with him. Bummer because our family supports local businesses. There was a cute tie dye shirt I was going to come back for at the very least.
