Hello, I am sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, since you have not come to any of Kane’s lessons, it is very hard for us to transfer the training to the owners when everyone is not on the same page. Your significant other who has been coming to the lessons made comments that Kane is doing well but admitted that he has not been working with him at home. Despite any suggestions that were given for the minor issues Kane was having, he was upfront and said that he would not utilize those suggestions. Dogs know who is going to make them listen and who is not. So while Kane does well here when he comes for his lessons, if the training is not followed through at home, the dogs will continue to do the bad behaviors they had prior to training. We had offered to include extra free lessons so you would be able to come and learn Kane’s training as well, however, that offer has not been utilized by either of you. Our offer of extra free lessons still stands. Kane is a wonderful puppy and we know he is capable of great things! Hello, I am sorry you feel that way. However, our trainers are extensively trained in canine body language and behavior so 9 times out of 10, they see a problem arising before owners do. The dogs were playing well with each other and then one of our client’s dogs started to get increasingly overwhelmed with the intense play style your dog has. You may not have been able to see the whole situation from your vantage point, but the trainer had to use her leg to block your dog from intensely going after the overwhelmed dog hiding between her owner’s legs. Since your dog did not have a leash on during this time, our trainer did what she could to stop a dog fight from happening. She always has the best interests for all animals in mind and was concerned for the safety of all the animals involved.
