About Penn Vet Working Dog Center
Inspired by the Search & Rescue Dogs that responded following the attacks on 9/11, the Penn Vet Working Dog Center opened on September 11, 2012 and serves as a national research and development center for detection dogs. With the United States national security under constant threat from attacks, detection dogs are still the best tool that we have to detect and mitigate potential threats. Search dogs are also critical for locating victims of natural and man-made disasters. The special scenting ability of dogs also allows them to serve in important ways such as cutting edge research to support global health or conservation detection.

They do what they are meant to do
The person evaluating the vaccine requirements at Capable Canine does not have a clue as to what they are talking about. Has no idea about how vaccines are administered and how often. Was trying to make me unnecessarily over vaccinate my dog. I had to cancel my class.

Currently taking a puppy class and have nothing but great things to say-- Bridget runs a really nice class and somehow manages to keep all of the puppies calm and attentive! She puts off great energy I suppose because the minute we enter the room our pup knows he's there to get treats and to engage his brain! She's available after class for questions and weird situations and she always has adjustments for when a certain technique doesn't work for your dog-- Highly recommend! 👍👍
