Highly recommend!! We reached out to PUPs after unsuccessful attempts to address some very concerning behaviors with our young Rottweiler, Sage. Although Sage had some good obedience skills he became uncontrollable when presented with certain triggers. He was dog reactive, lunging and growling when he saw another dog. Other trainers were unable to help. Chelsea and Phelan showed us how to use play to teach Sage a set of behaviors that gave him an outlet for his intense feelings and to help him gain impulse control. This will give us the ability to direct him through environmental distractions that would previously get him in trouble. Chelsea and Phelan are gifted trainers and are true professionals who obviously love what they do. Sage loved being at PUPs and became very bonded to Chelsea. There are no words to express how grateful we are that we have a new start with our boy. It’s comforting to know that Chelsea and Phelan are there to answer questions and support us should we need them in the future. Thanks, PUPs!

The absolute best for dog training! We sent our 1 year old golden doodle for the two week board and train program and it was the best decision ever! The owners gave us multiple updates and videos showing her improvements, even from just wo days we could see the difference in her behavior! We got the work with her and the trainer mid session and they even brought her to us for the drop off and they worked with my children on how to handle the dog. They also are available for us anytime in the future so its not like we are just left hanging if anything comes up in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are considering dog training. Rates are also very reasonable compared to other local establishments.

Peace and unity pet services/dog training was a complete game changer for us with our 10 month old labrador retriever. We were at our wits end. He wouldn’t listen, and I couldn’t even take him for a walk because he was too strong and impulsive. Five days of training and he came home a different dog. Chelsea was amazing. She sent videos and instructions every day of his training. And then we had our own training at the end. We are now two weeks post training and everything is still going smoothly. We’ve made sure to practice so that he doesn’t backside, but that said he’s been a completely different. We are actually enjoying spending time with him and he’s been going on daily walks, no launching or jumping and lots of fun playtime. No naughty behaviors! We highly recommend this pet training service.

We did the three week board and train with our German Shepherd, and the difference was night and day! We no longer have to worry about having guests over, she learned how to relax, we have a clear path of communication and she knows what’s expected of her. We’ve been able to enjoy her so much more and are all happier for it! We really appreciated all the information and skills we gained for continuing at home as well. The BEST investment for our family! We’ve also boarded her with PUPs while we travel and will again! Chelsea has also been available to respond to any questions we have had about new issues or situations we’ve experienced since. 10/10 recommend!

We recently completed the 5-day training program with Peace and Unity Pet Services for our two Goldens — Maverick (4 years old) and Remi (1 year old) — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did a wonderful job not only training our dogs, but also teaching us how to clearly and effectively communicate with them. We’ve already noticed a stronger relationship with both dogs and feel much more confident handling them in everyday situations. We’re especially excited to be able to take them into more public settings this summer knowing they have the structure and boundaries they need! It’s very evident that Chelsea and Phelan are extremely knowledgeable and truly want what’s best for you and your dogs! Highly recommend!!!
