Buyer beware. Somehere hidein is their terms for credit cards. No refunds. I had given more than two weeks notice and had a family emergency. Maybe good trainers but bad business model. Speaking of bad business they are not registered with New Hampshire business. Hiding from the goverment ?Good luck

Both trainers were phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in our success. The progress we made was remarkable, and the tools they gave us have lasted well beyond our training sessions. Highly skilled individuals running these classes. It's clear they have tons of experience, training and passion. I've used other trainers in the past with mixed results and at times felt unheard. That is not the way you will feel here. They take your concerns seriously and work on your relationship with your dog. In a short amount of time we have made LOTS of progress in building confidence. They push you further than you may feel comfortable, but always make sure you are set up to succeed. I hope to continue training and working with my GSD here for a long time!
