Shannon is awesome!! I sent my two year old labs to her. Walking was a challenge with both dogs at once. Having the dogs recall with all the duck and geese around wasn’t happening. After two weeks with Shannon the dogs recall is amazing. Walks are a pleasure. The dogs all around have better manners. The dogs never lost their crazy personalities, they just figured out when to be crazy and when not to be. Thank you Shannon

What can I say about Shannon except she is the BEST! I have a 10 month old lab who has an abundance of energy and was overreactive to everything before I sent him to stay with Shannon. He would jump on people, counter surf, mouth at peoples arms, get distracted by everything and pull like crazy on walks. I was really at my wits end when I found Shannon. After two weeks he came home and was so much calmer! He listens to us and life is so much more enjoyable! We still work on his commands everyday. Shannon sent instructional videos and photos everyday which reassured me that not only was my dog happy and cared for, but that he was responding and learning from each days training. He is very good in the house now which makes life so much better! Pawsonal Training was worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone!

Shannon trained our Jack about 2 yes ago and when we were ready for our 7 month old to have a 2 week training,there was no other person we would trust with our baby. Shannon loves every puppy and they love her. The trust she builds is beautiful. It was hard to send our babies to "sleep away camp" for two weeks. The daily videos and pictures help with our anxiety and missing him. She did an awesome job with our Ali. With covid he had not been as socialized as we would have liked, but even with the challenges his manners are so improved. I can't thank Shannon enough for all she has done for both our boys.

Shannon and Pawsonal Training is incredible - we have a 75 lb strong puller and after 2 weeks can’t believe how relaxing walks are now! The care she shows and time on communicating with and training us as well, including daily texts, videos and time picking up and learning about and then dropping off and going over everything including walk in our neighborhood and advice and coaching on how we work with him - wish we would’ve done couple of years ago, but highly recommend to anyone thinking about - it’s so worth it, better than even expected and trust Shannon so much! 💜🐾

Wow, wow, wow. Shannon and Pawsonal Training far exceeded my expectations. I sent my little terrier mutt to Shannon about a month ago, and I can’t even believe how well behaved he is now. He was reactive on a leash, and walks were a chore. He also wouldn’t come when called and was just overly excited all the time. He has such better control of his emotions now. I took him on a 20 minute walk yesterday, and he didn’t pull once. That type of thing never would have happened before! Shannon is so professional, answered all of my questions promptly, and sent so many pictures and videos. One of my biggest concerns about sending my dog to training was that he’d learn it all and then forget it. Or that I’d have questions when he got home and the trainer would make it feel like a chore to answer them. Neither of those things is true with Shannon. I think the best thing about her, specifically, is the time and care she puts into training the humans too :) She sends training videos every day. If you watch those, you’ll feel totally up to speed when your dog comes home. Plus, she’s sooo kind and continues to answer my questions, even weeks after my dog came home. I would recommend Pawsonal Training to anyone. I think my dog was probably a slightly more challenging case, and he is a delight now. Thank you, Shannon!!
