Pawsome Pups Dog Training

Wanted training for my 4 month old Shishon pertaining to her fear of being groomed. Without ever speaking to Bridget, she responded in an email stating our dog not only needed medication, but daily medication before she would ever consider working with her! We’ve trained our dog to sit, is potty trained and plays great with our other dog, only concern was grooming. Use this trainer at your discretion!

Bridget was wonderful with my dog Sage! I had taken Sage to puppy classes with Bridget so when Sage was bit by another dog and had become aggressive towards them I did not hesitate to give Bridget a call. She was great at training Sage and even better at training me! She taught me to think ahead and pay attention to Sage so i could assess situations with her and other dogs. Bridget Taber and Pawsome Pups Dog Training is the real deal. Bridget will train you to communicate clearly with your dog. I came to Bridget because my teenage dog was overly excited and would not stop trying to play with other dogs and cats. I was concerned because he is not motivated by food and would not pay attention to me if other dogs were around. He is a very nice dog, but I was afraid this behavior would turn into reactivity and aggression. Despite prior training and a head halter, I could not get him to walk next to me on a loose leash. After working with Bridget for a week and a half, my dog no longer pulls on leash, is no longer inappropriately barking at other dogs to play, behaving better inside with other animals, and is listening and paying attention to me with distractions. He has become calmer around cats and they are beginning to get closer. I am a vet, but have no experience training dogs other than reading some books. I learned so much and practiced how to use the knowledge. I just adopted an almost 7 year old Irish Setter, and she only knew sit. Bridget taught us both all the basic obedience commands and how to walk properly on the leash and ignore reactive dogs and little critters. I will take this experience with me forever. Now, I just have to keep practicing!
