FirstBarkI attended a private lesson with Bridget and my puppy show marked improvement after just one session. I was nervous about enrolling her in a class because she's large and very excitable and easily distracted, but I had such a positive experience one-on-one I signed her up for the next class. I can't wait to take my dog to her lessons!

I specialize in behavior modification, private sessions at your home or at the training center for dogs with behavior issues such as, dog reactive and people reactive behaviors. I also have Puppy Kindergarten socialization, Elementary Manners, Intermediate Manners, AKC Canine Good Citizen and AKC Trick classes available. I do a Out On The Town Class in the Spring and Fall dealing with everyday stuff when you take your dog out in the public at places like parks, out door dining, wineries and such. A dog trainer in my neighborhood saw that we had a puppy and suggested taking him to Pawsome Pups for Puppy Kindergarten. I contacted Bridget via email and she was extremely responsive. Our puppy had so much fun socializing with other pups. Bridget was great about explaining the dog’s different behaviors so that we could learn to recognize it for ourselves. Our puppy LOVED going to class so much we did the program twice! We feel it’s important to put in the work now, so we can have a loving, healthy, and fun life long relationship. It’s so cool to watch and learn from Bridget. It turns out that it’s us humans that need most of the training. You can tell that she loves animals and wants to see them be their best possible selves. We will DEFINITELY continue taking classes from Pawsome Pups!

Her training facility is the perfect location for anyone out in Western Loudoun, Clarke co, or even Jefferson county! She keeps special harnesses in stock in all sizes and makes the graduation of each class special with a certificate, treat, and toy for your dog to choose. We have loved working with her and we recommend her for your training needs!

I recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, highly educated, and compassionate trainer.
Wonderful training experience for my puppy. She especially benefited from the group sessions with other dog’s. Socialization is such important part of a puppy’s development. Bridget provides a safe, controlled atmosphere for the pups to explore and learn proper behavior. I will certainly return for more training with my girl!!!
