My dog Lily, has responded more quickly than I ever thought possible through training. In only a few sessions Lily has become attentive and disciplined. My best friend, Lily, is acting like the good dog I always knew was there but I didn’t know how to reach. I highly recommend Keith. He’s exceptionally talented with stubborn dogs. His passion and love is evident. I consider him to be Denver’s dog whisperer.

I’m highly disappointed with the 'training' by Pawsitive PAC Creations. They came highly reviewed from Kats K9's and not sure of their connection, maybe it's a spin-off company but I won't use them now based on this experience. This is a training run out of their home, not a facility with space needed for the 5 dogs they had. Also, which was unknown to me, there were young children present and I didn't find out until I saw them on the Facebook Video. I wish I would have known because my rescue puppy has never been around kids and if there was an issue, I could have been responsible. Now for the 'training- this AKC Star Puppy Course is $650, it is NOT cheap by any means and significantly more expensive than other training programs. With this price tag, I had high expectations that he would be fully good to go on what they said he would learn, especially when he was with them for 6-8 hours a day for 6 days over 2 weeks. He was supposed to learn many things with the big ones being: - Walks on a Leash-Follows owner - Walks by other people-Walks on leash past other people - Sit & dow on command-(Which I taught him prior)- - Reaction to Distraction - Stay on leash with another person - Not rush the door - Stay put when told - Place- go to bed or kennel, etc. I was told we would do a recap at the end of each day to review what was taught and that was never done in detail more than he did great, he sat, he did x,y,z did you see his FB videos? What would have been appreciated was 15 minutes spent with me at pick up the hand signals and commands, he learned and let me do it live with him. A worksheet or follow-up email on what was covered or what to practice would have been great to review and work off of. I was even telling my dog to "wait" and when I mentioned it wasn't working, they mentioned, "oh, it's stay". Again, if they actually did the after-class recap promised, I would have known this. We did the training In March and when they did their 1-2-week end of class check-in, I told them he was not staying and he escaped twice from the front door and they mentioned they'd make a plan to get over, but I never heard back from them so I decided this weekend when he was still incredibly reactive on a leash and got out yet again from rushing the door (and has never stayed when told even though I'm working w/ him on it and hoping I'm doing it right but wasn't taught) that I was going to reach out for a refund. I asked for a refund of $350, half of the $650 I paid because I figured I'd pay them what I pay my doggy daycare center which is basically all they did, pretty generous of me if you ask my opinion. They said they had video proof that he did the commands and that I waited a month to reach out and they wouldn't be refunding anything. So, who is this training for? Someone who wants to send in an AKC form and get their silly little ribbon and certificate without your dog actually being able to do the commands or who wants overly priced doggy daycare. However, if you want to actually have your dog learn proper commands and you be taught what to do with them, then save $500 and go to Petsmart and have a better overall experience. Learn from my mistake, don't waste your time or money.
