We had two puppies (brothers) who started training around 16weeks. We did the month long puppy program, and had a great experience. We had some basic commands they knew, but they didn’t listen to them consistently, and some other commands that we struggled with. Keith and Gen were great at training, and now our dogs know and listen to more now than we expected. They kept us informed throughout the day by sending notes and videos of the training they were working on that day. We had an incident arise where we couldn’t do a week of training and they were very accommodating to adjust the schedule for us. Our puppies were always very excited to arrive and see Keith and Gen. We are looking forward to the puppy play dates when those can start up.

He loved his trainers and his doggy friends. I highly recommend their individualized training and care. They love their pups and work hard to train obedience, and help you overcome any challenges you are facing. They are communicative and supportive. Our standard poodle pup started with the Pawsitive PAC Team at 10w, & we could not be more pleased with their services & the results! Our whole family was able to participate with their in home training, & our pup absolutely enjoyed every minute of the training experience. Our pup Ellie was quite the handful after a few months of having here. She was extremely rambunctious during walks, would not respond to her name or to any training we tried to look up or attempt. Obviously she was just a puppy so we figured it would be a phase that she would soon grow out of, that wasn’t the case. She began to ravage our home while we were gone at work, and only became more aggressive and reactive around other dogs and people when we would go on walks. It became embarrassing and hard to control, until we found Keith and the Pawsitive PAC dog training. Keith was amazing, after our very first session Ellie began to respond to us, became less aggressive and was starting to understand that her behavior needed to be corrected. And she has been wonderful and responsive since. Keith did a wonderful job with her, everything was done in a positive educational manner and he completed hands on training with us each and every training. He was extremely attentive with her, very patient with us and it was a very rewarding experience for our family. Thank you Keith and Pawsitive PAC dog training for all of your hard work and help.
