We are very grateful for Kaylan and her training. Our Ace had anxiety and separation issues. He is doing wonderfully. She is an excellent trainer for Ace and for us to show us what to do. She has followed up several times to make sure everything is good or if we need extra work. He is following commands and staying in his kennel calm and not trying to escape. I would highly recommend Pawsitive Manners School. Since training, over the past year we have used Kaylan’s boarding services. She is very reliable and has flexible drop off and pickup times. I know he is very well taken care of. He gets to play with others. While we are away, Kaylan gives me updates on Ace, which is reassuring, as she knows how difficult it is for us to leave him. We recently had one on one leash training for Ace. He no longer pulls and obeys commands. It is such a pleasure to take him out for walks. Kaylan was excellent helping both Ace and I understand what to do.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Kaylan. Our cockapoo, Taffy, was becoming increasingly difficult to manage stubborn, occasionally destructive in the house, and even beginning to snap at our young daughters. She lacked discipline and structure, and we were growing concerned. After completing Kaylan’s 6 week training program, the transformation in Taffy has been incredible. She’s now a much more content and well behaved dog who clearly understands her role in our home. She responds confidently to commands, shows great manners, and best of all has retained her sweet, playful personality. It’s also heartwarming to see Kaylan’s own daughters working gently and effectively with Taffy, it speaks volumes about the positive, family-friendly approach she brings to training. Highly recommended!

We sent our puppy to board and train with Pawsitive Manners and it was such a great investment. Kaylan did an amazing job with her and I fully trusted that she was being well taken care of.. She still has her cute playful personality but now with the training and manners we can enjoy her so much more. Kaylan holds herself to a high standard and does a good job helping the owner understand what it takes to maintain the training. I am so happy our pup has this incredible foundation and am looking forward to building on it with her to do therapy dog work in the future. Thank you Pawsitive Manners!! Since our initial training we have brought Winnie to playdates at Pawsitive Manners and even boarded her there and gotten her bathed and brushed. She loves her playdates and we love having a wonderful place to board her where she’s able to play and not be in a cage all day. Kaylan still goes above and beyond for all the dogs in her care and we are so happy to be able to use her services!

We are immensely grateful to Pawsitive Manner School and Kaylan for her exceptional support over the past two years in raising our Goldendoodle, Cody. Initially, Cody was highly anxious and unresponsive to our commands, making us hesitant about bringing him with us places or having visitors over and all of the above. We also were unsure of the big commitment of enrolling him in a six-week training program but after discussing our concerns and aspirations for Cody with Kaylan, we decided to proceed—and it was the best decision we could have made. Cody returned from training as a well-oh mannered and trustworthy companion, attentively listening to our commands. Since then, he eagerly anticipates his weekly playdates and overnight stays for boarding with Kaylan, which have become the highlights of his week. Kaylan’s dedication has been transformative for our family, especially for Cody. We feel incredibly thankful and blessed to have her ongoing support, guidance, and friendship.
